REGULATION
Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 16:30 and 18:00. However, please communicate the estimated time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival.
Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document for filling out the P.S. and at the same time regularize the payment of the booked stay.
The price agreed for the stay in our facility includes the use of the room and bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of the TV and the use of all bathroom accessories.
The linen change is usually done once a week and / or
when changing guests.
Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is extraordinary cleaning.
There are no timetables to be respected for entry and exit from the structure, guests can go out and return as they please.
Inside the structure, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed.
It is also not allowed for guests, for reasons of public safety, to allow other people to enter the structure at any time.
In the case of a B&B, the time for breakfast is between 7.30 and 9.30.
Breakfast can be consumed in the dining room (“complete breakfast”).
Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.
A delay will result in an additional night being charged.
During the stay, the bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10.00 am, to allow for daily cleaning.
Please arrange your personal belongings to allow room tidying.
Beyond these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed.
Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the W.C. (use the special baskets).
Inside the bedroom or bathroom you can find the following: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.
For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.
STANDARDS
It is always forbidden to prepare meals in the rooms.
It is also forbidden inside the premises:
– smoke (it is possible to do this in the garden, then throwing the butts in the appropriate ashtrays),
– connect any household appliance brought in tow to the electrical system (except for: electric razor, hairdryer and mobile phone / tablet battery charger).
It is recommended to respect the silence in the time slots from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
In any case, please maintain a behavior that at any time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
Each guest is required to pay compensation for any damage caused to the structure and for the improper use of complementary equipment.
At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned.
In case of loss, the damage will be charged.
Take care to turn off the room light, TV, and other equipment when you are out of the room.
We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property.
We are not liable for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.
